The Open Review of Management, Banking and Finance is an academic journal to promote a legal and economic debate.
It is published by the Fondazione Gerardo Capriglione Onlus, an organization aimed to develop the research activity on financial regulation, in association with Regent’s University of London.
The goal of this journal is to address questions about management, banking and finance with regard to the international context, originated by globalization. The new structure of the Banking Union, together with regulatory framework of the Single Supervisory Mechanism and Single Resolution Mechanism are some aims of our studies.
This review will publish the articles on a continuos basis, in order to realize a timely debate and to allow the academic research to reply promptly to the questions placed by the economic processes’ evolution.
